Artist Biography
March 30, 1946 - September 20, 2009

I was born in Phoenix Arizona under the desert sun. The family I was born into gave me an inheritance of images that I can use for a lifetime. As an adult I moved to California with two children and a fragile marriage. I was accepted to Art Center College of Design and became a student and stopped being a wife. I started doing assemblages as a way to solve a solution for expensive framing. I also like using materials from every day life. The objects in the assemblages are transformed by painting, sanding, placement and reconfigured. I do both illustration and fine arts. I now have a very positive environment to work in, a large studio, a creative husband and family. The work shown is current from this year.
